1.提前一天把装果酱的瓶子用沸水泡上15分钟;

2.然后晒干备用。

3.食材准备:雪梨果肉600g、柠檬2个(取汁35g)、冰糖320g、枸杞20g、凉开水150g;

4.将柠檬洗净,对切后榨汁,取35g,备用;

5.将雪梨洗净去皮,对切后去核,切大块均匀分成量等分;

6.一半切碎;

7.一半用料理机打成泥;

8.切碎的梨和泥混合一起。

9.倒入柠檬汁和冰糖混匀;

10.加入枸杞,搅拌均匀;

11.用保鲜膜封好,放进冰箱10~12小时,每过3~4小时取出来搅拌一次;PS:如果嫌麻烦这步可以去掉;

12.取出,倒入锅中(锅中先加入150g凉开水);

13.以中小火加热,不时的搅拌;

14.煮沸后将表面的一层涩汁去除;

15.继续煮至果酱浓缩至仅剩1/2,雪梨变透明;

16.果酱呈浓稠状态后即可关火;

17.将果酱装进瓶中,盖紧,倒扣30分钟后,清洗下瓶身,置于室温3到7天,再放入冰箱中冷藏。
